holy fucking shit, man.  Hold Steady fucking killed it.  Craig Finn has the best time on stage and seemed so generally excited to be there and be playing, it was infectious.  The crowd fucking blew though, I was next to an old couple with their daughter and their boyfriend (I guess) who didn’t move, the kids only excited when songs from the last two albums were played.  There was a kid singing along with me to Almost Killed Me Songs and he ruled.  At one point, he lost his phone and I helped him find it and he gave me a hug and a kiss.  He was so grateful.  He introduced me to his mom I think after the show?  It was kind of weird and awesome.  During Slapped Actress, there was a huge influx of bros out of nowhere.  That was so fucking weird.  Also, after the show, this guy yelled out Nassau Coliseum! And i was like AHHHH LIFTERPULLER! and we bonded and he put his arm around me and we talked about how much we fuckin love that shit.  He had a creeper mustache.  Overall, great fucking night.  I fucking love Craig Finn.
